Default Saturday Menu, December 16, 2006

Breakfast: Single serving oatmeal made with skim and banana cooked in, equal, and 1 tablespoon walnuts for points.

Lunch: Single serving of Farina with equal

Dinner: Can of Bumble Bee Gold tuna packed in water, 2 hard boiled eggs, and ww rotini Core pasta salad with FF Miracle Whip

Snack: Hot tea or Hot Vanilla

b: rolled oats, Splenda, banana, skim milk
s: clementine
l: LO homemade turkey noodle soup, skim milk
s1: ff yogurt
d: (I forgot we had a church potluck, but I did my best) 2 thin slices ham, spinach & strawberry salad, mashed potatoes, and probably about 4 pts worth of dessert and 2 handfuls of homemade carmel corn, water
s: popcorn

ww rotini pasta (they also have elbows if you prefer), sweet onion, celery, red pepper, FF Miracle Whip, some regular yellow mustard, salt and pepper. If I were making it at home, I would add hard boiled eggs. It's really delicious.

We have it at every party, Angela. It's "saved" me more than once. Yesterday, I took my can of plain tuna with and 2 hard boiled eggs. I flaked the tuna and chopped up the eggs and mixed it all in with the pasta salad. That was dinner! It was hard not to eat the italian beef since they got it from one of my favorite places. But...I survived. My treats are coming in a week or so!
