I'm in week 10 and have lost 3.1 stone and feeling fabulous. I'm ready to go onto management now and am starting in a couple of weeks a little early as I really don't want to lose any more weight. I have gone from a size 18 to 10/12, just need to learn how to maintain that weight now - scary!!

I'm only in week 1 - got weighed at my pop-in on Day 4 and I'd lost 7lbs though, so was pleased with that, to say the least!!! I have about 6 stone to lose to get to my absolute ideal weight, though I'd probably settle for a bit less, not sure yet...
How's it going for you? Any tips? Have read some of your other posts and think you're doing amazingly well
me, im in developers and finding it a struggle - ive lost 3st 5lbs but the last 5 weeks have seen my weight stay the same and increase due to lapsing - im finding it soo hard to get on track.
Hi, this is my 4th week on Lighter Life and have lost 19lbs in 3 weeks getting weighed again this Saturday, I have gone down a dress size although i'm trying not to think too much about Christmas at the moment. I'm getting married in May and would like to get to target at least a month before the big day!
Hi, Im Sarah. Im just back from week 12 weigh in and I have lost 4st 3lbs. I have dropped from a size 24 to a 16.
I cant belive how good lighterlife is although the first few weeks were horrific.
My best advice is always fill up 8 500ml bottes of water each morning and make sure they are drunk by the evening. Also get a WII Fit and do 20 mins a day.
