The day after thanksgiving, how thankful are we when we step on the scale this week? Join the general 3FC weigh in thread and find out. All are invited to join. Just post whenever your official weigh in day rolls around. Good luck, all!
Me: 182.5, up half a pound from last week. Eh, could be worse, what with it being right after feast day and all. Whatever weight I gain from having a four day weekend, I know will eventually go away.
I'm at 222, the same as last Friday. I went down to 220.5 yesterday morning, so this is probably mostly water retention from my Thanksgiving splurge. I normally don't get that many carbohydrates!
167 or 168 - up 2-3 lbs from yesterday morning but I am very much okay with my choices yesterday. And today, I am back on track, eating right & exercising...THAT, to me, is the biggest accomplishment -- not saying "Oh well, might as well enjoy the whole weekend" as opposed to "I am going to enjoy this one day".
I am up 1 lb. from last week. Thanksgiving sucks, but all that food sure was good. Now I have to get back on track and prepare myself for Christmas.

Went down to 162 right before t-giving. Back up to 164. I ate a lot. Back to exercise. I'm actually not feeling the urge to eat like a piggy anymore. Was feeling that way Thursday and Friday but it died substantially by today.
179 - so about the same from last week, since I didn't count that iffy half-pound. Not bad, considering between my family, extended family and DF's family - I ate FOUR thanksgiving dinners over the past week
I did well at two of them, and went a little overboard at the other two. But it all balanced out. And my version of overboard is WAYYYY less than it used to be. I have to try really hard just to save room for PIE
I'm the same as when I started last week. Considering we had Thanksgiving, I guess that's good? I thought I might gain with that holiday, silly to start at this time, but no more "tomorrows"
175.8 this week (down 4 pounds from last week). Certainly helps the fact that I didn't lose anything at all last week. I behaved on Thanksgiving (ony 1/2 cup of stuffing made without butter and a separate potato from the rest that was mashed w/ no milk and only promise butter, one roll and only a small amount of turkey. It could have been a better Thanksgiving dinner, but the results make it worth it.
Hi all, first time posting here. I thought it might make me a little more accountable.
Well I fell off the wagon a couple of weeks ago, but I climbed back on this morning with a 2 lb. weight gain (151 lbs.). Ouch! But I guess it could have been worse.
