melsfolly, that's such a positive outlook! I try to think the same way when I have a slow week. I actually get excited about the big loss I'll see the next week!

This week, I lost 2 pounds, which brings my overall total pounds lost to 50!

Last time I lost this much weight, I turned right around and gained it back without ever getting to 51, but this time is different. I'm REALLY determined, and I honestly think this board is one of the biggest things that have made the difference. So thanks, everybody!

My very first "official" weigh in and I'm down 5 pounds! Here's hoping those 5 stay off plus some over the Thanksgiving holiday! EEK! I'm going to be hitting the gym a little harder this week to make up for whatever I put in my mouth! Good luck in the coming week ladies!

Lisa - 50 pounds!!! Congratulations!!! And now you're only 6 pounds aways from your birthday mini-goal...that is so doable!!!

Toni - Great job on the 5 lb loss this week!! Good thinking on hitting the gym a little harder this week.

Smile Happy Thanksgiving!!!!

I've lost another pound!

What a good feeling to be down one on this special day.
It will help me to be careful in my choices too.

God Bless You and Yours this day.
We've all got this great site of special friends to be thankful for.

Lisa - Awesome on the 50 lb mark!!

Toni - WTG on 5 lbs gone!

Mel - I'm with you, I stayed the same this week! Well I might have gone down .4 (WOW! ) but I think I'll save that and add it to my BIG loss next week! hahaha

Happy Thanksgiving to all the Americans!! Have a wonderful Turkey day. And even though I've already had my "thankful" day let me say I am thankful for this board because it is really incredible how much it helps.
