I was wondering the same thing, I just saw the info-mercial this morning. I was trying to figure out what kind of exercise it is that you can do in 7 minutes while just standing. Maybe isometric exercise, tensing one muscle against another either for extend period, or in pulses? Maybe you would still need to do some sort of aerobic exercise to keep your heart & bones healthy though. I do like that everyone that had testimonials on the info-mercial wasn't a model, just like regular women you'd see in your own community. So I am also really curious, if anyone know anything about this program, please post!!
