So, all my life I've been a Bills fan. Steadfast and true, I've watched week after painful week through the late 70's/early 80's as they lost time and again. And then there were a few years of greatness, only to end with a disasterous Super Bowl.
Anyhow...I'm still, and always will be, a Bills fan...but at 41, I've decided that life is too short to spend it watching a losing team everyweek, so, the last few years, I've been a Colts fan, as well. I got a Peyton Manning jersey for my birthday that needs to be returned because its an extra large and would fit a mountain troll, so we have to send it back for a small or medium.
Anyhow...I'm looking forward to someday getting a REAL quarterback on the Bill, but until then, I have Peyton on the Colts.
Anyone else have any football stories and/or comments?
I was a bit mixed up yesterday as my favorite team (the Bills) played against my favorite player (Peyton Manning). It was nice, though, to be happy with all the good plays. If the Bills do well, I think, "Good for them! Against the COLTS, no less!" but if the Colts do well, I think, "that's the way it SHOULD be...with Peyton Manning..." But I have to admit...JP Losman should be embarassed to be in the same stadium as Peyton Manning. A legend and LOSER!!
