Although it's only 8lbs out of 184, thank God. I dropped 8lbs in 5 days. Those eight pounds may not seem like much considering how much work I have left, they helped me to resist the muffins and cookies.
8lbs in 5 days is fantastic! I am not currently doing South Beach (I am on Weight Watchers at the moment), but i have done it in the past and it really is effective! And I will tell you what I think about everytime I lose a pound - it's a box of butter! So technically you lost 8 boxes of butter (that's alot of butter!). I don't know - it's a good visual tool for me!
I am overjoyed by my progress thus far and determined to keep it moving. For extra motivation, as if I needed any, I've been looking at excellent clothes on nordstrom.com and neimanmarcus.com. Ciao.
