ugh - after doing so well for the first 5 months of the year, I'm almost back at 300 again I was down to 266! this really sucks, but I'm back again.
I've already put a call in to an eating disorder clinic. My binge eating disorder has gotten worse, and I realize that I need some help with this. I'm crossing my fingers. I'm tired of being desparate and not feeling like I am in control.
Oooh, do keep us posted on how the clinic works out. I've definitely suffered from bingeing (even as a child, I would actually sneak treats and hide in the bathroom to eat them so no one would see), and I think it's a struggle I will ALWAYS face. It's definitely an issue that non-sufferers don't understand (gotta love the responses like, "Well, just stop eating when you're full!" If only it were really that easy...).

Best of Luck to you. I am glad you are taking the necessary steps to help with the binge eating. I know it isn't easy. Hang in there.
Welcome back. Sounds like a good plan with getting the extra help. I know you can do it. I can't tell you how many times I have had to lose weight I've already lost once but I'm sure it's over 1000 lbs. Just keep at it.
Not your back, but YOUR BACK!! This is fabulous! It means that you haven't given up and heck, your still DOWN 23lbs!
Don't worry, you've lost some extra weight before and that means that you can do it again, it is something you definately know is physically possible. (Sometimes I forget this myself and just need somebody to tell me that I can do it).
