I can understand why you're confused.
If you eat to make up for the calories you burn off with exercise, you've defeated the main point of the exercise, right? Pretty much cancelled out all your hard work? And that doesn't make sense.
How do you feel at the calorie level you're at right now? Do you have energy or are you exhausted a lot of the time? Do you have trouble finishing your workouts? Are you really squ-e-e-zing as much nutrition as you can from your calories?
Those answers will tell you if you need to increase a bit or if you're OK where you are. You don't have to increase your calories, but at your weight, 1300 - 1400 is a little bit on the low side and you could go up 100 - 200 a day and still lose fine, I think. But if you're going to add calories, please make them healthy and packed with nutrients, like protein, fiber, and vitamins.
