Talking Very first mini-goal!
As of this morning, I have lost 10 lbs!

It's really strange, because I don't feel any thinner, I don't look any thinner, and my clothes don't fit any differently. But there it is on the scale. Hmm. I guess I'll have to wait another 10-20 lbs before I see real results.

But still: 10 lbs! Woohoo!

Good job!

I predict that you will start to notice soon. It took me 20 lbs before I started to notice. Now I'm kind of stuck here, but I'm not gaining!

When you do start to notice, it's a huge motivator! I highly recommend taking pictures even if they're only for your own reference. Sometimes you'll see something in a photo that you didn't notice.

10 pounds gone, that's awesome. It took me about 20 pounds til I noticed a difference, first in my clothing. And the waiting will be worth it. I'm so heavy that people are not specifically saying that I lost weight, but many people have told me that I look fantastic, they can't quite figure out what's different about me, they still see a very overweight person and they're right, but they definitely notice something's different. It's a good feeling. Congrats and keep up the good work!!!!
