Default Everyone Weigh In 10/20/06
It's time once again for the general 3FC weigh in thread. All are welcome to join. Just chime in whenever your official weigh in day rolls around. Good luck, all!

Me: 186, up half a pound from last week. I came to the realization in the middle of this week that what I was doing just wasn't working. Eating by my sensible plans, then having a few "snacks" as I watch tv before I go to bed is simply keeping me from hitting goal. So, it's back to the old ways for me. Maintaining is fine, but I'm not at that stage yet.

I don't weigh till tomorrow morning, but I think I've lost a little.

i'm 158 today. I have lost 7lbs so far this month and i lost 15 last month.

well i hit TOM this week so at the begining of the week i was 175 and thats depressing but i know not to worry about it i did however stop yesterday and i always drop the weight from that time within the first few days after and i weighed in today and im 170lbs. yey so thats a loss of 3lbs from last week and a start for my mini goal for halloween yeye. only 2 more to go fro that one. good luck everyone.

Today is my birthday and I'm thrilled to report... I lost 1 lb. this week and 2 last week. I'm soooooooo thrilled! I've already gone down 2 sizes in my jeans and they are starting to get a little loose - yeah!!!

I lost 3 3/4 lbs, but was up last week by 2 so I'm still just above 190 by 3/4 lb. Next week it'll be gone for gone and I am breaking the 190 mark forever.

I lost the bouncing 3/4 pound to wind up at 180. I still plan on meeting my Halloween goal of 179 pounds - which will put me in the "overweight" category vs. the obese category.
