Isn't it amazing how lost we feel without it? I had the same problem yesterday and was NOT happy that I couldn't enter my calories

I actually found myself thinking I shouldn't eat anything until I could look up how many calories I had already logged....

On the one hand not eating is prolly a good thing...

On the other....what a dork letting a freebie website decide if I'm due for a snack...

I totally depend on my food log to determine if I can have a snack! I don't use Fitday but I use another free website and it has been down maybe once or twice in the time I've been logging my calories. It was a serious problem because I really won't eat any snacks without know for certain that they fit into my calories for the day. My meals are usually planned out, so I can go ahead and eat them, but both outages happened in the evening when I was trying to figure out if I could have an after dinner snack. Oh well, no snack those nights. But I was pretty frustrated .

The sad thing about my life, is I generally eat out of a package these days to I add up calories manually. Now.. I go to Fit day to see what calories are in my fruits and veggies.. Im just always in go go go mode. Most frequently used phrase for me is "got to go" Thank god for fruits, veggies, and most of all.. Kashi lol Seriously thought.. Fit day makes me over exercise because when I put in my activities its like it doesnt amount to anything lol.. so I turn into a exercise FREAK.. which I dont want to do... again
