Monday

Breakfast
Vegetarian faux Egg McMuffin (English Muffin, LF margarine, 2% cheese slice, Egg Beaters, veggie breakfast patty)

Lunch
Lean Cuisine vegetable egg roll
2 chocolate chip cookies (mmmm)

Dinner (#1)
Fake "chicken" patty on an English muffin, with a bit of light mayo and 2% cheese
Small serving of nasi goreng (Indonesian rice with veggies)
Kellogg's Nutri-Grain bar

Dinner (#2)
Small slice of vegetable pot pie
Less than a cup of rice
A lot (cup or two) of fresh vegetable fruit salad

Okay, this was more than I planned to eat, but not so bad. I'd planned to eat dinner before I went to my friends' so I wouldn't be hungry. So I ate at 5. Bad choice. We had dinner at 9, and by then I was hungry and couldn't resist trying their Brazilian vegetable pie. It was pretty darn good, and looked simple to make. I had some rice for no real reason, and I love fruit, so there you go. I did skip most of the dinner items simply because they weren't vegetarian (lucky me, made it an easy choice) and picked fruit over ice cream because I was in the mood for fruit. They had guavas in it, for one thing, and I'd already had sweets for the day with the cookies.

Wednesday

Breakfast
Vegetarian faux Egg McMuffin (English Muffin, LF margarine, 2% cheese slice, Egg Beaters, veggie breakfast patty)
1 cup red grapes

Lunch
6" Veggie Delite sub from Subway, with cheese and light mayo
Package of baked lays

Snack
2 of the longer, thinner tootsie rolls
2 of the snack size packs of gobstoppers
1 snack size sweet tarts

Dinner
1 serving Bean Thing, over rice
Garden Salad Shaker from McDonald's, with FF Herb Vinegarette

Late night snack
Vanilla ice cream sandwich (Smart Ones)

Eh. I meant to eat yogurt for an afternoon snack. Snacking on candy is a really, really bad habit of mine at work. Everyone does it. Usually I'm much worse. I can chomp through M&Ms like you wouldn't believe.

And Bean Thing I'm too lazy to describe, but it's like red beans and rice, only better.

EDITED TO ADD: Arrggggh! Succumbed to a late night vanilla ice cream sandwich snack after posting, and had to go add it.

Thursday

Breakfast
Froot Loops, with 2% milk
2 vegetarian breakfast patties

Lunch
Huge baked potato with sour cream

Snack
Half a snack pack of Gobstoppers candy
A granola bar

Supper
Lean Cuisine vegetarian egg roll

Dinner
McDonald's garden salad with the FF dressing
Bean Thing over rice

All in all, not a bad day. This eating out at the food court every day for lunch is challenging, though, especially since I don't eat much meat. Candy intake was very light (though it was tough!). The afternoon snack of a Lean Cuisine was good. There's something to this '4-5 small meals a day' idea, I think.

Tomorrow will be a tough day. Eating out twice. Ugh.

Friday

Breakfast
Faux Egg McMuffin

Lunch
6" Veggie Delite with cheese and light mayo
Baked Lays potato chips

Afternoon munchies
Quaker chewy granola bar
McDonald's salad shaker with FF dressing
Tootsie Roll
Small orange

Dinner
3 small slices (or 1/4) of a large veggie pizza from Pizza Hut

So, eh. One more slice of pizza than I'd planned, but I skipped the ice cream. And lots of snacking. But not bad for a Friday.

The challenge starting tomorrow is living out of a hotel room for 5 days.

P.S. I couldn't find any of what you ate on Dottie's Weight Loss Zone site. Just a couple healthy choice entrees from Bennigan's were listed.

Saturday

Breakfast
Bean Thing over rice

Lunch
McDonald's garden salad shaker with FF dressing
1/4 pound of steamed shrimp (in salad)

Snack
Smart Ones ice cream sandwich

Dinner
Single serving of Delta Airline snack mix

Okay, not much food today. I'm a little hungry now but I got into the hotel late and am too tired to find dinner. Maybe I ate less today because I ate more yesterday, and my body wasn't as hungry. That'd be smart of it to figure out.
