I lost 4 lbs. Not as much as I'd hoped for (this was my first week), but I realize that's because I'm not starving myself and overdoing the exercise the way I usually do when I "diet". Hopefully, that means I'll be able to sustain this instead of throwing in the towel and binge eating like I generally do, too, though. I actually LIKE the food I'm eating and I already feel better.
I had a 2 lb. loss this past week, I am trying to stay on track and not let any junk pass my lips. Plus had more exercise than usual and drank a lot of water. I am at 138 lbs. this AM and may eventually see 135. My goal was 145 but secretly would love to see my old high school weight of 135 if even just for 1 day.
I lost one pound. But I guess I'm happy about it because I had a bridal shower on Saturday, a wedding reception Saturday evening (amazing food!), Thanksgiving (I'm in Canada) dinner on Sunday night, and another thanksgiving dinner tonight!! So not too bad all things considered!
I lost 2 more pounds this week for a total of 37 lost! Woohoo!
Congrats on the losses, everyone! Carol, 3.2 is GREAT! And Lily, I'm sure you'll see 135 again -- you're doing so great and you're so inspiring! Every time I see your picture it helps to keep me on track! You look wonderful!
woohoo! My scale is saying 233.... again.. this vacation weight is NOT coming off very easily! Grr! I am pushing my exercise up a notch, so next week I will see a good loss!
Way to go all you losers! Those are some pretty amazing numbers you all put up this week! As for me, I'm off this week (Yes, I'm taking a diet vacation!). So I haven't had any loss (or gain for that matter).
I'll be back next week-- hopefully with some bang up numbers too!
