Love thyself!
Hey ladies,
Just had a thought that maybe we could make a thread of things we love about ourselves - I know I fall into the negative cycle and don't spend enough mental energy saying positive things about myself so here goes -
1) I love my smile
2) I love my compassion
That's enough for now, but my goal is going to be to post something positive about myself here every day this week.
Anyone with me?

No humility on this forum! We beat ourselves up enough as it is that we need to take a sentence or 2 (or paragraph or novel) a day to focus on our strengths and what we like about ourselves.
I love myself, even the self that ate 4 SB diet bars, 2 string cheeses, 1 bowl of cereal, 2 crisps w/ laughing cow and a veggie burrito ALL so far today - Loving myself is loving my binges.
