Mmmm, coke for breakfast. My mouth is watering.

I actually appear to have it together today for a change.

B-OJ, oatmeal w/ soymilk, blueberries and walnuts, and I'll have coffee and a banana on the way out the door
L-pasta w/ marinara & meatballs, bruschetta, broccoli salad, dk chocolate
S-tangerines, pear
D-chicken fajitas with bell pepper and onions, out of ww tortillas so white flour ones will have to do

I'll probably also have at least one Kashi bar today since I seem to be hooked on them now.

Happy Monday!

Anne

Hello! Nothing today has tasted good so far today. Don't know what that's all about. I guess I didn't plan very well--it all seems kind of random.

Br
oatmeal
milk
honey
coffee

snack
ff cottage cheese
elderberry jelly

snack
kashi chewy trail mix bar

lunch
carrot and celery sticks
hummus
apple
peanut butter

snack
orange

dinner--I have a meeting tonight and tons of errands, so it's got to be quick:
progresso soup--either vegetable or Manhattan clam chowder
leftover mashed potatoes and squash w/ butter, splash of milk
salad, romaine and some beans and carrots, a few onion slices, w/ lemon tarragon dressing
dark chocolate if I have the calories left--cutting it close

Have a good day!
