Thanks for starting the thread, Jill! Good to have you back.

Dolly, fish & veggies sounds awesome right now.

As for me I've been too busy to eat today. I will try something in the next hour here.

2 sticks string cheese
1 serving black grapes
1 cup white rice
1-2 tsp's olive oil
a few sprinkles spinach herb seasoning

a little more than 1/4 cup lime sherbet
1/4 frozen raspberries

2 cups skim milk

1/2 cup pea & mayo salad

Just not hungry today.

I ended up adjusting Monday's menu slightly--didn't have any pineapple, but had some yeallow and green beans cooked in macadamia nut oil, crushed garlic, chopped onion, basil, Mrs. Dash, and lemon juice with the ham for dinner.

Tuesday's plan:
  • reduced-sugar instant oatmeal
  • frozen dinner (something that's only meat and veggies, usually around 250 cals--maybe I'll try one of the new South Beach meals I bought this weekend)
  • turkey sausage
  • sandwich--lean turkey, ham, Swiss cheese, honey dijon mustard, and ff mayo on 100% whole wheat bread

1 cup real coffee (sorry, Dr Torres)

peanut butter & nutella on wheat bread

2-3 cups steamed veggies
3/4 cup steamed chicken (if that)

1 fortune cookie
2 tablespoons brown sauce
1 packet wonton crispies

1 can diet sprite

Oh HOLY YUM BATMANNNNN

^^^^one of my supervisors just got back from Italy & left 2 small squares of chocolate on my desk. One dark & one milk. THEY WERE GOOOOOOOOOOOOOD.

I came home to no stove, my landlord must be fixing it.

2 sticks "lowfat" string cheese (they just reduced the serving size, not the fat!)
1/2 cup green peas, thawed
1 tbsp mayo
pepper

I am still a little off as far exercise but I will see how I get through the day as far as it goes. I have been swamped once again at work and I have a training tomorrow afternoon. I hope the neck feels good enough to get back in the gym this afternoon for at least some cardio.

Sorry girls I have been under the weather. I am back today but I still have a cough.
I am planning on eating:

Coffee with 2% milk (cup of milk)

Tuna sandwich with whole grain bread and low fat mayo

pork and veggies for dinner

Skinny cow

I also want to go back to the gym and I might try this afternoon. Maybe sweat this sucker out of my system. If I don't get there today I am going tomorrow for just cardio.

I changed what I was going to eat today:

I had instead .....

coffee
cheerios
1 and 1/2 cups 2% milk

bean sprout soup with kimchi (Korean chicken soup)
mushrooms
zucchini
rice 1 cup

tuna sandwich
low fat mayo
can of chicken soup

skinny cow pie

Not too bad considering I was home all day. It is days at home that get me for munching on everything in the cabinets. Now however I have clean cabinets so there is nothing but healthy foods to munch on.
