Bkfst: Hodgson Mills multigrain hot cereal (yum!) with blueberries--made with skim milk
Morning snack: 2 hb egg whites
Lunch: grilled salmon burger
green beans
1/2 Yukon Gold baked potato (prepped in microwave)
Afternoon snack: cut up apples/oranges w/ff cottage cheese
Dinner:
soba noodles with edamame
baked acorn squash
broccoli rabe (I think I posted my tasty recipe for this)
a piece of fresh fruit, if needed, for desert
I know I am short 1 milk--maybe I'll treat myself to a ff Starbucks latte. I sure do miss my Starbucks mocha days, but don't like to spend the points. I only have 11 left until Sunday.
