Good morning all
Yesterday ended up being sooo busy-- I did get my short t-tapp w/o, but no walk. I did, however, deep clean our van (took seats out, scrubbed walls, washed windows and vacuumed) so I did still have somewhat a cardio workout, lol! (and 4 kids are soooo disgusting!)
The scale read 224.8 this morning and I think I will take that for my weekly weigh-in
I am planning to have my off-meal *and* planned dessert today so really think that's best, lol. Then I will have all week again to be OP.
Gotta get ready for church and get kids up soon, but will try to stop by later.
