I talked to my SW leader last night and I've decided to make a fresh start. I lost my book so I bought a new pack and I though rather focusing on my fluctuating weight till now I would concentrate on actually losing. I'm also going to reset my chart on SW online so I can now get a line going down rather than the rollercoaster I currently have.
I'm hoping this will help me stay more focused and look at what I can do rather than what I haven't achieved so far.
