^^ Sweetie, are you eating enough?

I am going for a photo shoot and need to bring mini-meals with me because I will not be able to access any food until evening!

20 oz. smoothie of soymilk, mango, pineapple and ground flax

1 Dr. Kracker cracker with 1 T. crushed peanuts and 1/2 a cucumber with lemon

1 cup baby carrots, 6 sundried black olives and 2 oz. Tofurky

3 cups mixed black beans, romaine, fresh salsa, rice and guacamole

4 jalapeno-stuffed olives, 2 cups broccoli and 1 cup marinara sauce with 1 T. nutritional yeast (This combo cures my pasta cravings!)

64 oz. water

Yogini, don't worry, I eat enough! Only reason it didn't look like much was because I didn't get up until rather late on Sunday (nearly lunch time ) so breakfast became brunch, I didn't need any lunch, then just had a snack mid afternoon, and a BBQ for dinner ... where I more than made up for it!
