Smile Newbie wanting to say hello!
Hi folks!

Glad to have found somewhere I can discuss my weight loss. I've always been quite big but never had the courage to do something about it but last month i realised it was getting quite bad and I had to lose some weight. My starting weight was 12 stone and I'm now down to 11 and a half stone! Thats half a stone in a month so I'm quite pleased. Lets hope I can keep it up!

Hello Im new too. I am getting married in November and need to lose weight so I can fit into my dress! Ive just started taking orlisat, which my gp gave me and Im also trying to eat less and do more exercise. Ive got 2 dogs so Ive got no excuse not to go for a daily walk!
