my name is angela and i have 138 lbs to lose i weigh 263 and my goal is 135. i am 5 ft 2 in and i want to lose weight to get pg and have a baby. i am doing this for me and no one else. my hubby loves me just the way i am but i don't like what i see

Welcome Angela! What's your plan of attack? That is, how are you going to get started?

I started by making some small changes. I brought lunch and snacks to work everyday rather than eating from the vending machine... and I watched portions. And moved a little more. Things kind of evolved from there...

Welcome! It's good that you're getting healthy before pregnancy! I was heavy with both of my babies, granted, I had 2 extremely healthy pregnancies and babies.

Hi Angela,
Welcome. I'm rather new here too, just a few months on board and it's wonderful. I actually decided to get healthy for the same exact reason as you. I want desparately to be a mommy. I started at 260 and I'm down almost 20 pounds. Good luck!
