Smile September weigh in

Post your weightloss/gains that sort of thing here!

I'm 4 pounds down from last week.

Boots weigh in, why can I never remember to stand on the scales and then put the money in the other way round does not work. It cost me 60p as I was too embarrassed to go to the counter and claim it wasn't working again.

5 and a half pound loss this week!!
But, it makes up for all the disasters i've had of late.

I FINALLY got my 3st certificate and sticker! I have lost 3st 1 and a half pound.
It did go down to 19st 13.5... but when I bent forward to read it properly it shot up to the 20st... but I can cope with that!
Chuffed to bits.

Thanks all!

Yeah, I go on Sundays. I do about one hour 15 minutes.
I didn't go last week, cause I didn't feel like it, it was terrible weather and my gym buddy (smiler53 on here) couldn't make it and I didn't fancy going alone.

I bought a swim suit too... wish me luck. *IF I get in the pool!*
