np i used only whites bc of the chol. but you could use yolks if you wanted. it felt sinful bc i used two taters and 3 whites and it made a big batch and i ate it all and all i could think of was why do ppll spend major points on real salad? bc 1/2 c the real thing is like 11 points i think whereas i had eaten 1 1-1/2 c mine and it was 0 and was just as good!
