I was thinking about sbd it feels like i enter rehab and that phase 1 is detox and ph 2 is transitional housing or half way house and ph 3 my normal life with out drugs and using the tools that they show me about how to eat right and not fall for the bad temptations so I won't fall in to the life style i was use too. they teach me how to live life in a healthy way and sbd is the rehab program.
Chela, great analogy! It wasn't until I realized that I was self-medicating with sugar and carbs that I finally committed to eating healthy and getting 'clean and sober' in terms of sugar. My life has been amazing since...it was worth every minute.
