Post your goal and then update your post as you exercise. At the end of the month, I will announce that month's Exercise Queen and Princesses.

Goal 1000 minutes

Last month I did 338 minutes. I am going to try for 500 again, and this month I am going to MAKE it!

So you just want us to let you know how many minutes we excersie everyday?? and just put that number next to the date??? I am blonde - somedays a little more than others

Still fairly new to the site and happy to see accountability like this! Put me down for 600 minutes. I have just barely returned to exercise of any kind.

3 - 0 (spent the whole day in bed with the flu :~)

Usually I excerise for at least 20 minutes a day (some days I can't so I do more the next) So, I guess I will say 600 minutes.

Looking back at last month, I can't believe that I didn't spend a day in structured exercise. What's the deal with that?!
