hello sbd dieters. I have a question about cheating and the effect it will cause me. I have warm milk every night before i go to sleep and today i ran out of my 1% and couldn't go to the grocery store so i had 2% milk. is that a bad cheating. or is it an ok cheating.

True, Keen. You can drive yourself nuts stressing over tiny things.

I love warm milk as a pre-bed snack. I add a bit of Splenda and some almond or rum extract after warming it in the micro a bit.
