Default Feeling Good!
Wow, what a difference a day makes! I'm really feeling good today and actually excited for tomorrow morning's WW weigh in. I have less physical pain today. I feel like I've lost several pounds this week and even though I have a long journey ahead of me, I'm very much experiening hopefulness. It feels great! Hopefulness allows me to say no and to go for a healthy choice, it's powerful stuff.

Woo hoo!!!!! What a great result. I'm really pleased for you, it's so horrid when you think you've done great, and the scales don't agree!!!

And I'm glad your pain issues are better than they were.
