Default TO Question

Has anyone ever done TO for one day instead of 2? I didn't buy the stuff from the center - I just got it from Walmart. I'm thinking of maybe doing one day with the juice, protein and veggies instead of 2...what do you guys think?

IMO, one is better than none... but I think two gives your body a chance to clean out and detox. Can't hurt to try, right? You can always tell COD that you just couldn't do the second day.

At risk of sounding stupid--how does drinking juice and starving yourself (at least that is how I felt when I did it) detox your body? I actually gained after doing it and I was ravenous. Didn't help me a bit as far as cravings. Just made it worse.

Can any of you explain (scientifically) how it is supposed to work?
