Default Fish oil

I just had an eye opener this morning. I take fish oil for my general health and also for the arthritis in my knees. Because of the arthritis, I take 1 tablespoon. Well, I noticed there was an nutrition label on the bottle, duh! It is 40 calories for each teaspoon, so my calorie intake is 120 calories! I need to take it but sheesh, I wasn't thinking about that one. Again, FitDay is the hero as I would probably not have picked that up.

I know calories are calories....but I'd imagine in this case, I would think the benefits outweigh the calories.
If your knees hurt, you'll likely be more lethargic. I've had knee problems on and off (regardless of weight). I know I will only walk and not even attempt to jog, because when my knees hurt, I can't exercise at all, and that is worse.
