Just a note to introduce myself - after much anguish & self-recrimination about my weight, drove to the WW office & signed up this morning. Thanks to ALL of you who post here, because this is where I did considerable research on how to address my issues with food.

I'm sure I'll have many questions - hopefully, I'm in the right place?

I'm 52, 2 great kids, 1 great husband, 1 great job, 1 middle-aged, overweight, neglected body. That's about to change.

Looking forward to getting to know everybody & reporting some success - soon!

welome. I think you will have much success on WW. I lost 100 pounds following their program. I gained it all back when i quit the progam but at least i know it works.

Hi everyone....I have joined WW on-line and started the CORE program on Friday. I am just trying it for a week to see if it will work for me, and if not, I will switch to Flex...as I KNOW that works...lost 20#'s with it. I just heard so many good things about CORE that I had to give it a shot!

Jow, Welcome! I LOVE Core and believe I can eat this way for the rest of my life. It's the way I SHOULD have been eating on Flex but didn't!
