It is a meal replacement shake for one meal per day and two supplements. Looks healthy as these things go.
I really need something to get me started. I go on any diet and dont lose a pound. The last one was Jenny Craig. I did it FAITHFULLLY for 2 weeks and didnt lose a lb. The counselor was ready to send my food log to the "main office". The next week, I went on a bender and ate anything I wanted and STAYED THE SAME. I didnt gain an ounce. One more week on JC and the scale stayed the same. So now I am walking 3-4 times per week and looking for some way to challenge my bodie's stubborn set point weight. Will let you know about the Dr. Lark thing.
