Just wanted to say i've been reading over everyone's messages for the last few hours and everyone seems so encouraging and supportive. i'll definetely be logging in on a regular basis, i'm off to make a slimming world quiche for the first time. keep up the good work everyone

Yeah 5ft 4 and 11st! Sat - I dream of being that! I am around 14st 5 at the moment (prob more as I haven't been weighed for the last 2 weeks). However as I always put on weight when my friend loses (we take it in turns!) then I guess I have gained!!!

p.s 14lbs =1 stone We tend to go by stones in weight rather than all in pounds. We likes to be different (difficult!).
