Thank you.
At 9 pounds, 3 ounces-he is actually the *smallest* of my three babies. My full term daughter was 10 pounds, 4 ounces, and 23" long...my first son was 9 pounds, 4 ounces at 4 weeks early...and little Saber was also 4 weeks early. (They would have been high 10's to low 11's at full term!
)
He is one week old today-and for the first time-he actually did SLEEP some last night-a 2 hour stretch, and another 2 1/2 hour stretch.
After this past week-I feel like a new woman.
I did post a picture over in the section of the forum called "Dieting With Obstacles" in the pregant/nursing section of the forum. He was 2 days old in that photo.
Just like my other children-he looks NOTHING like me, and just like his Daddy-who is half Native American (Sioux).
I am nursing and doing well...and I am back on the weight loss wagon. I am cleared to start walking in a week, when he is 2 weeks old...and I will be cleared to start dancing/teaching and doing all other exercise when he is 4-6 weeks old. I am just waiting for the doctor's okay to do so.
I hope to start seeing the scale going down once again...rather than going up like I have been watching it do for 8 months!
