Hi all-
Well I am back on the beach. I was for awhile doing the gym thing..*training for a marathon* but latley I have slipped back into my old eating habits. I can feel myself getting bigger. I am terrified to weigh myself...I know I have gained muscle but still.
I work out most every single day- but my old cravings are back...So I am back on phase 1.

No not yet still in training mode.....its tough I get bored really easily so I have to mix it up with the treadmill and running outside. I also do pilates and strength training...Trying to step it up!! The marathon is next Year! So is my wedding!!
