  • Wed- 25 minutes of elipitcal machines and 30 minutes of wts - bicepts & tricepts.
  • Friday: 40 minute walk
  • Friday- Walked on treadmill. Can't believe I made it a whole week...
  • Friday-2 mile walk with dog!
  • Walked in the park 5miles Monday, tuesday, thursday. gazelle1hr wed. today
    friday 1hr gazelle. Tomorrow Sat. walk in the am 5miles , afternoon 45min.
    gazelle. Sunday 5mil walk in the am at the park.that is my plan for this weekend.

  • Wow Bouncy! You get in a lot of exercise. I hope my stats look close to yours someday!
  • Friday: 25 minutes of water aerobics
  • Played with weight machine, exercise ball and "twister" for a while. Hope to get out and walk for a while tonight!
  • Saturday: 40 minutes of water aerobics ( good thing I did not walk today...I had TWO episodes of hypoglycemia! I feel wiped out!)
  • 1.75 mile walk. Had to turn back just a little short of two miles as it was getting dark and it was just me and my dog! We live out in the country, no street lights.
  • Sunday: 30 minute walk, then 15 minutes of water aerobics
