So, here's mine for today:

one Millie's Whole Wheat english muffin= 1pt
egg= 2pts
1 wedge LC cheese= 1pt
1 can soda= 3 pts

Lunch plan: diet lemonade= 0
not sure what else

Supper plan: chicken & veggies in crockpot= have to figure out pts

That's the plan...

Sorry I didn't see this earlier. I drink either sugar-free Wylers pink lemonade or else the pink lemonade Crystal Lite. The Wylers is usually cheaper, so that's usually what I have in the house.
