carolr3639 -

You're popping up everywhere (thread) I go ! I just posted over in the IE thread (after I saw your note on the 100lb. club). I noticed my post on the 100lb. club thread is more detailed (although it still doesn't do justice to the subject by a long shot!). Should I paste it in a new post in the IE thread?

By the way, you're making me ! Very flattered to be asked and learning a lot from y'all as well.

I haven't eaten crackers in ages but yesterday at Trader Joe's I decided to buy some. They had some 100% whole wheat crackers that have sesame seeds on them. They were called akmon or something like that. I haven't tried them yet.

I've been toying with the idea of making my own crackers from scratch. Has anyone tried that?

Nelie - Do you mean Ak-Mak? I had a friend who used to eat and love them as a kid but I didn't really care for them. I hope you like them!

Yes ak-mak thank you. I will let you guys know what I think when I try them. The ingredients are very simple. I figure those with some PB might be good or maybe hummus.
