Post your goal and then update your post as you exercise. At the end of the month, I will announce that month's Exercise Queen and Princesses.

Not sure what my goal should be, but 1000 seems like a good place to start. (33 minutes per day. I can do this.)

3 - 120 minutes tie dyeing with children in the Texas heat (trust me, this counts).
4 - 30 minutes swimming lessons

I'll go for 1000 minutes as well. My water aerobics alone will be 450 minutes. Walking to and from work will bring another 460 minutes. Yeah I think it's doable!

Le'ts see what I can do this month. I want to get serious with my exercise again. I'd want to get to 60 minutes a day most days of the week of some sort of activity. That's 1800 minutes- ok, that's my goal:

Oh dear! I always feel so guilty when I see this monthly thread start up. I've been using my sore knee as an excuse - and it is sore. However, I am going to try to post some sort of physical activity for each day even if it's something as simple as weeding for an hour or doing a short walk. It's too darn hot for the treadmill but I'll be back at it soon.

Well I just started doing 30 mins a day. I will try to add a second workout every 2nd day of 30 mins so my goal is 1400
