two slices of Nature's Own whole wheat bread w/ 1T peanut butter (SF)
Leftovers (3 oz chicken, 1 c. mashed cauliflower, 1/2 c. mixture of green peas, lima beans and corn, and 1/2 sweet potato--all SF except corn)
