Don't hate me for being dense!!!
So I've read all the threads about Ranch Dressing (I know, I know! It's SUCH the asked question). I just want to know what your thoughts are on this as well.
My all-time favorite salad dressing in the world is Gregg's Savory Ranch (bought at Costco). Here are the ingredients and nutritional content. Please give me your opinion as to whether this should even be had or not. It has low saturated fats, no sugar, no trans fat BUT one of the ingredients is corn syrup which makes me think it's a no-no.
I usually have V&O on my salad but I would love to be able to switch it up occasionally with the Gregg's Ranch. I just don't know.
