I went to the doctor today for my yearly check up here in the states. My blood pressure was 110/70 and my pulse was 80. He said everything looked good and he would know more when he got my test results back. I was happy to hear about the blood pressure as I have been borderline for high blood pressure.
I said ....."Doctor I guess the exercise helps this." He just smiled and grinned at me as if to say Yes! He is a good doctor for me as he never says lose weigth lose weight lose weight. He always tells me to follow a healthy lifestyle and make good choices.
Anyway I am curious to see what my cholesterol is. I will let you all know.
One more thing I have an issue with fatty deposits in my stomach area. He thinks this is what is causing the muscle spasms. If I lose weight he says they will go away.
Sounds like a good check up, hope your cholesterol is good too. I really need to get in for an annual check up, but I had to go to Kaiser insurance so I can't go to my regular Dr so I've been procrastinating going in.
Today I went for my echo cardiogram and the doctor said my heart looks great (except for the mitral valve prolapse)!! Now for the Mammogram next week and hopefully a good phone call from him regarding my other test results.
Just wanted to say congrats on the blood pressure, and i am interested in how your cholestral levels go. curently have both higher so interested in how much weight to lose before i see a difference also. WTG
My cholesterol has dropped 20 points since last year. It was 180.
My blood pressure was 110/70.
My pulse was 80.
My echocardiogram looked good except for my mitral valve prolapse.
