Default The Hiller Method

Has anyone tried this?

I did it a few years back and got down to a UK size 8-10 (US 4-6). I'm starting to incorporate the principles back into my eating but am feeling a bit mentally resistant to it, for some unknown reason.

What is the Hiller Method? I'd like to get down to a UK 10. Is it like the Hay Diet were they food combine?

No - it's just about how you eat rather than what you eat, the major thing being that you chew/masticate(?) your food throughly (so that it's practically a liquid or fine paste) before swallowing.

I don't know if it worked because I ate less (although I seemed to be practically living on chocolate at the time that I was doing it) or something else, but either way I did lose inches (not sure about weight as I wasn't weighing myself back then).
