Unfortunately, I think diet is about 80% of weight loss, though exercise IS important. We just can't out-exercise too many calories.

About plans - we did a survey here in Maintainers last year and most people created their own plans and/or simply counted calories. WW came in a distant third, but it was the most popular 'plan' that people used. Glory's right - you'll eat what you pack if it's something you like and look forward to - so why not create your own plan, based on what you like and don't like?
