Default Is Tabouli legal??
Got a box if Near East Taboule-

Ingredients:

bulgur wheat, salt, parsley*, onions*, molasses*, garlic*, spearmint*, honey*, black pepper

all of the ingredients that are starred are dried

1 gram of sugar

Can I eat it???? I made it with olive oil, cukes, and tomatoes. We are planning to eat in about 45 minutes- HELP!!

molaasses and honey are pushin on phase 2+... but one serving, I think you'll be Okay..just my 2cents

That is kind of what I was thinking, but then it said they were both dried and there was only one gram of sugar. I ate a small serving........ hope I didn't do any damage for the final weigh in of the month.

All I know about bulgur wheat is that I love it and it is very filling. But it may get some people, including me, a little bloated.
