L - going to Qdoba. Plan to get the chicken taco salad - no shell. Romaine, chicken, pico de gallo, red salsa, 1/2 serving of guacamole.

S - cut up veggies (baby carrots, sugar snap peas, grape tomatoes, red pepper strips)
D - Going out for sushi. I'm going to get seaweed salad and sashimi (yellow tail and salmon)
