Talking I wanted to ask

I know that up top we have the topics up top that stay, what i was wondering is if we could create one that we could store like our measurements and stuff like that in or if there was a place already like that. I keep track of my monthly measurements and would sure like to be able to store them cause i tend to lose my papers i write them down on.

If you go to this medifast site and register you can track your weight and measurements. I don't use medifast but I liked the way it tracks my weight loss. it even shows you in graph form how manyinches your losing and in what areas. check it out.

Fitday.com has a great site for storing measurements.

WHERE?? I've never seen a place to enter measurements there! I'd love to find it.

This requires some authorization code that comes in an e-mail - any clue?

gee, sorry about that. I don't remember how I did that. at the top there is a link to contact cutomer support maybe you can email them and tell them you want to join and ask them to send you a code.

I never found a place on fitday to store measurements either.
