Come and join me in posting your food intake - I could use the company! but be honest - even if it hurts! LOL

Breakfast:
2 coffee/blk
1 lo-carb protein bar

Snack:
1 lo-carb ice cream bar
24 oz water

Lunch:
3 slices swiss cheese
24 oz water

Snack:
1/4 cup pistachio nuts

Dinner:
1/2 chicken breast
small serving cole slaw
24 oz water

Good morning!

5 whole wheat crackers
24 oz water

Snack:
2 cups coffee/black
1 fruit roll

Dinner:
going out to eat ... buffet ... will try really hard to eat well ...

later.....
