Just rejoined WW and need some support...1 month from yesterday,i will turn the big 50 and desperately want off of my rolllercoaster nightmare!!!

Thanks! I'm Reggie and as i said,I turn 50 in one,yes one month!rejoined WW yesterday and goal is to lose 5 lbs by my birthday...1st challenge then go from there
